Carol Rawson

Carol is a founder director of Suit the City; she came up with the idea for Suit the City whilst working in London over 25 years ago. Her frustration was caused by the lack of suitable business attire for women. In 2007, technology caught up with her idea and the women’s made-to-measure service was launched, swiftly followed by the men’s service.

Ethics are at the centre of the business and sourcing ethical suppliers has been fundamental to the company's choice of partners. The company opted to manufacture in Europe and many of the fabrics are made in the UK.
